PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE B2B MEETINGS
The organization of the B2B Meetings within the framework of Forward Green & Renewable EnergyTech is a targeted business networking initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration in the fields of the circular economy and green energy. It is co-organized by HELEXPO S.A. and the Association of Industries of Greece (SBE), a member of the Enterprise Europe Network – Hellas.
The B2B event is held in parallel with Forward Green (FG Expo), Greece’s leading exhibition and conference dedicated to circular economy, as well as Renewable EnergyTech (RETech), the country’s first internationally oriented exhibition focused on smart and renewable energy markets in Southeast Europe.

The B2B meetings will be held at TIF-HELEXPO Fairgrounds, in Pavilions 13 & 15, as follows:

Participation Process
Register on the platform by 16 March 2026
Click the following link to access the platform
- Create a complete company profile in English, including a presentation of your products/services and the type of cooperation you are seeking
- Receive and manage meeting requests from buyers, with the option to confirm or decline them until 23 March 2026
- Conduct the scheduled B2B meetings in person, according to your personalized agenda.
All pre-scheduled meetings will take place onsite in a specially designated area at Halls 13 & 15 (within the TIF–HELEXPO exhibition grounds).
